Job profile: Executive – International Marketing:

The major responsibility of the candidate is to establish and develop overseas customer base via email, phone and by maintaining good relationship with them.

1. Job profile Details

• Responsible for International Marketing functions in Middle East region.
• Lead yourself to start and maintaining a competitive environment for further sales growth opportunities.
• Actively involved in promoting PMCC Brand through overseas business associates by analyzing the company and the geographical markets on a timely manner.
• Working closely and learn from the Regional Marketing Concept and Product Planning function to maintain product competitiveness in the region.
• To develop an atmosphere of teamwork and mutual trust, both among employees and our business associates.
• A recognized degree in Business Administration, Professional qualification, or related discipline with minimum 1 Year of Experience in MNC Environment.
• Exposure in the International Sales and Marketing field will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen, high degree of responsibility and commitment, and sensitive to customer requirements.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with strong ability to work to work independently with all levels of management and employees.

• Able to commit 6 months or longer.

2. Package details (during probation and after)

• Probation Period – First 3 Months: The package will be disclosed at the time of Interview.
• After the performance evaluation the candidate will be eligible to get incentive based salary. This will not be disclosed until finishing the probation period.

4. Duration of their Work (in terms their training, probation or contract basis).

• 3 Months Probation Period.
• Once the candidate is eligible to handle his job he will be provided extra assignments like adding one more overseas. Job Planner will be described after the probation period.

PMCC requires a Positive attitude candidate Preferably in Marketing Oriented performer
